- I;ve installed Ghostscript3.53 along with the gs2.3(?) fonts. I can't get
- it to work. I've read all the docs, I've set the assigns, setenvs, etc.
- that it says to set in the readme.amiga file. I'm using the gs020-40
- executable on my A3000. I've checked the Fontmap file, and it seems to match
- up with the fonts in the fonts subdirectory. What happens is this:
-
- I type "gs" and the HD spins, then the screen prints "Scanning ghostscript:
- fonts for fonts...1 files, 1 scanned, 0 new fonts." Then the Amiga output
- windows opens...and then nothing. The output window is locked, and the shell
- window is locked.
-
- Any ideas?
-
- P.S. Does anyone know of an easy to use .PDF reader/printer like Acrobat for
- the Amiga? It seems to be the last piece of the puzzle to having a great
- Web browsing machine, esp. after using Ibrowse 0.68.
