  11. I;ve installed Ghostscript3.53 along with the gs2.3(?) fonts. I can't get
  12. it to work. I've read all the docs, I've set the assigns, setenvs, etc.
  13. that it says to set in the readme.amiga file. I'm using the gs020-40
  14. executable on my A3000. I've checked the Fontmap file, and it seems to match
  15. up with the fonts in the fonts subdirectory. What happens is this:

  17. I type "gs" and the HD spins, then the screen prints "Scanning ghostscript:
  18. fonts for fonts...1 files, 1 scanned, 0 new fonts." Then the Amiga output
  19. windows opens...and then nothing. The output window is locked, and the shell
  20. window is locked.

  22. Any ideas?

  24. P.S. Does anyone know of an easy to use .PDF reader/printer like Acrobat for
  25. the Amiga? It seems to be the last piece of the puzzle to having a great
  26. Web browsing machine, esp. after using Ibrowse 0.68.
